AX3800 is an automatic amplifier changeover unit that supports 8 duty and 1 standby amplifier with cascading, priority changeover, pilot tone injection and remote monitoring. Suitable for large-scale installations.

Introduction
AX3800 is a automatic amplifier changeover unit that automatically switches a standby amplifier when a duty amplifier fails and can be cascaded to allow a single standby amplifier to support more than 8 duty amplifiers in larger setups. AX3800 supports input and output switching, making it ideal for matrix systems with multiple input sources. Its 20kHz pilot tone detection ensures stable and reliable performance without affecting audio quality. It also features fast fault detection with seamless switching, priority changeover to prevent standby overload, and is compatible with most amplifiers depending on their high frequency cut-off.
Note: AX3800 is discontinued and replaced by AX3800 MK II.
