PD1240

PD1240 and PD1280 are advanced paging consoles in the PD series, designed for flexible zone-based paging in small to large-scale installations. Both feature soft-touch buttons, gooseneck microphone with LED ring, built-in chime (pre- and post- announce) and adjustable chime and mic volume controls,.

PD1240 is ideal for smaller systems with fixed 4-zone groupings, it features a 24-zone console with soft-touch selection buttons and priority override, where higher priority units takes precedence. Meanwhile, PD1280 supports larger installations with expanded zone capacity, programmable grouping, and multiple priority levels for flexible paging control.

 

For long-distance installations, a two-pair screened cable is recommended, with power and interfacing via the supplied EX2800 unit. Both models connect directly to TD6240 or TD6400 zone decoders and integrate seamlessly with MxP2288 matrix controller and PMX software. With electronic switching for durability and compatibility across the PD Series, they provide reliable and scalable paging solutions for multi-point paging setups.
