Introduction
TD6400 is a dual 4-channel (8 zones) decoder and zone selector (or matrix zone extender) for Amperes PD Series paging microphones, It features two independent 4-zone grouping (2 x 4 Ch) with adjustable start addresses, allowing effective zone assignment and reducing unused zones in matrix grouping.
The unit can function as a matrix zone extender with the Amperes MxP2288 Matrix Controller and supports decentralized installations. When integrated with the iPX5155 BGM Client via RS485, it allow remote switching on BGM control through iPX microphones or PMX software, with paging override capability for priority announcements.
