Introduction
EX2800 is an external connection unit designed to facilitate power, audio and data interfacing between Amperes PD Series digital paging microphones (such as PD1240, PD1280, PD1900) and PA system equipment. It provides an RJ45 connection to the paging microphone and terminal connections for audio and RS485 data transmission to compatible system controllers or decoders (such as Amperes TD6240). It also supports multi-point paging configurations, allowing multiple paging stations to be interconnected within a PA system.
