  • Introduction

FI6000 MK II is a enhanced fire alarm interface controller of the previous model FI6000 - designed to integrate with a Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) for managing emergency responses through a programmable sequence of actions. Once a contact signal is received, it can trigger alarms, voice messages, or zone-based evacuation procedures—whether it’s a false alarm or a real emergency.

Built to comply with EN54 or BS5839 Part 8 phased evacuation requirements,  FI6000 MK II connects seamlessly with Amperes equipment such as zone decoders (TD6240/TD6400), zone selectors (ZS5121), siren units (EP1200), and EVAC message players (MR1301 MK II). It features 24 input contacts, typically used for zone triggering, and is expandable via cascading. Programming is straightforward using the included configuration software, making it a vital component for structured and automated emergency response systems.

Supports expansion (1 Master, 5 Slaves) up to 144 channels through a maximum of 5 units of FI6001 Fire Alarm Interface Extender.
